Science Camps/Summer Camps
Medical Camp
The participants will learn how to interview a patient, examine the heart, lungs and abdomen. Will learn basic human anatomy. Hands on experience in simple laceration closure with suture. Will learn the symptoms of common cold and how to prevent and treat it. Will learn digestion of food. Will learn the role of most common vitamins and where to find them.

Career Development Camp
The participants will tour the career center, undergo a basic personality test and explore career dreams and aspirations. We will learn about Etiquette in the workplace and customs of table manners in the USA and around the world. We will learn to build a resume for college or externships. We will also have a basic finance course with principles of budgeting, learning the value of money and saving for the future.
Participants will have the opportunity to shadow someone in a profession they are interested in.

Out of school Summer Camp
Daily schedule from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM includes , study (math and reading comprehension), gardening, cooking, lunch, play/sports, snack, art program.

Science-Technology- Engineering Camp
This camp consists in 3 parts:
1) Science:
Hand-on laboratory experience in bacteriology, participants will swab petri dishes with clean and dirty hands, the bacteria will be allowed to grow then colonies stained in gram and bacteria observed under the microscope. The students will learn how to formulate an hypothesis, basic laboratory safety procedures, the cycle of bacteria, handling chemical, observation, documentation and interpretation of the results.
2) Technology:
basic computer programing and software editing
3) Engineering: ​
Participants will learn about electricity, electronics and robotics using premade kits and various other activities related to engineering

This seminar will focus on teaching participants how to have great ted talk and overcome the fear of public speaking.

Bully Proof
Youth are faced daily with oppression through words or actions leading to depression and low self-esteem. this camp is designed to help participants identify when they are bullied and how to appropriately respond based on the situation.

Relationships
This seminar will explore the different aspects of human relationships and teach participants how to identify beneficial relationships, learn how to make friends and prevent bully or abuse.

Healthy Body
This seminar will focus on teaching participants the basic functions of their body and how to stay healthy

Goal & Priority Setting
Basic goal setting and priority for youth

Mental Health
This will address the concerns of youth including depression, eating disorders, suicide in youth and illicit drugs.
